The oil for successful fondues

With this cooking oil specially designed for fondue by Lesieur, discover the nobility of sunflower and grapeseed oils, combined with the delicate fragrance of Provençal herbs.
Digestible, delicious and rich in flavour, it offers perfect balance for light, tasty cuisine.
Use

Lesieur’s special fondue oil is an essential culinary partner for delicious fondues, to which it brings a Provençal touch. It also gives a pleasant aroma to your grilled meats and marinades and is ideal for seasoning salads and raw vegetables.

Important: for meat fondues, the oil should only be used once.
The recommended frying temperature is 180°C. (To check whether the oil is the right temperature, drop in a piece of bread. If it becomes covered with little bubbles, the oil is hot enough).
