Lesieur grapeseed oil is perfect for making salad dressings and mayonnaise, to accompany your salads and various raw vegetables, and can also be used to marinade fish or meat.
It is ideal for use in the frying pan, saucepan or oven, for braising, steaming, sautéing or roasting vegetables, meat, poultry and fish, and is also suitable for all kinds of pastry-making and baking.
It can be used to make chips, and savoury or sweet fritters, as long as you do not exceed the maximum recommended temperature of 180°C and change the oil completely after 4 to 5 uses.
