Lesieur peanut oil is suitable for all types of seasoning (salad dressings, mayonnaise) for salads or raw vegetables and can also be used to marinade fish, poultry or meat.
It is an oil that is particularly suitable for use in the deep-fat fryer to make chips, savoury or sweet fritters and fondues, etc. as long as you do not exceed the maximum recommended temperature of 180°C and change the oil completely after 12 uses.
You can also use it in the frying pan, saucepan or oven, to fry or roast vegetables, meat and poultry.
