The oil for successful frying

The unique composition of Croustidor makes it ideal for producing delicious, light and crispy fried foods. To develop its Croustidor frying oil, Lesieur has selected one of the best sunflower oils available, Oleisol® (sunflower oil naturally rich in oleic acid), which preserves all the natural flavour of foods. Another highly-appreciated advantage of Croustidor is that it allows you to fry or deep-fry food without any unpleasant frying smells, so you and your family and friends can really enjoy your food.

Croustidor is particularly recommended for use in deep-fat fryers (fresh, frozen or pre-cooked chips) and frying pans (sautéed potatoes, nuggets, vegetables, fish, king prawns, etc.) This oil can also be used for seasoning.
