| Puget basil-scented olive oil is suitable for all types of seasoning: salads and raw vegetables (salad dressings, mayonnaise). It is also ideal for marinating fish and meat. It can be used in the frying pan, saucepan or oven, to fry or roast vegetables, meat and poultry. It’s also suitable for deep-frying, as long as you do not exceed the maximum recommended temperature of 180°C and change the oil completely after 10 uses. |
