Maize originally comes from South America. The native Peruvians were already growing it in their country before the arrival of the Spanish. Lesieur maize oil is extracted from maize germs. Maize oil (or corn oil) is produced in Brazil, China, the United States, France and Mexico. |

You can use Lesieur Corn oil every day to produce tasty dishes while totally preserving the flavour of foods.
It can be used to season, cook or fry.
It is suitable:
Cold
- for the preparation of dressings for salads and raw vegetables, marinades and mayonnaise.
Hot
- in the frying pan, saucepan, oven or deep-fat fryer, for braising, steaming, saut�ing, roasting, grilling or frying vegetables, meat and fish, and also for pastry-making and baking. The recommended frying temperature is 180�C and the oil should be completely changed after around 10 uses.
