Ask an adult to pre-heat the oven to thermostat 6 (180°C).
Wash, peel and chop the vegetables into little pieces, almost as small as confetti!
Mix the flour and yeast in a mixing bowl.
In another mixing bowl, use a whisk to whip the eggs into an omelette mixture.
Add the milk and oil. Add salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Pour this mixture into the flour, stirring gently to get rid of lumps.
Add the vegetables and mix again gently.
Grease and flour the loaf tin.
Pour in the mixture.
Ask an adult to bake your cake for 45 minutes at thermostat 6 (180°C).
Leave to cool before removing from the tin. |
