Beef casserole with cashew nuts  
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h 30 min

INGREDIENTS
Serves 4:
1.5 kg of stewing beef
2 onions
2 tomatoes
3 garlic cloves
20 g of ginger
100 g of cashew nuts

Spices:
2 teaspoonfuls of powdered coriander
1 teaspoonful of cumin
4 black cardamom pods (optional)
4 cloves
2 cartons of natural yoghurt
50 g of grapeseed oil
350 g of basmati rice
salt, pepper
 
Preparation  
Finely chop the onions and fry in the oil.
Add the garlic, diced tomatoes, grated ginger and spices.
Quickly mix, add the meat and yoghurts and then two glasses of water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for approximately 1 h 30 min.
Add the cashew nuts at the end of the cooking time. Serve with basmati rice.
