Finely chop the onions and fry in the oil.
Add the garlic, diced tomatoes, grated ginger and spices.
Quickly mix, add the meat and yoghurts and then two glasses of water.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for approximately 1 h 30 min.
Add the cashew nuts at the end of the cooking time. Serve with basmati rice. |
