Pre-heat the oven to thermostat 6 (or 200°C).
Crack the eggs into a bowl then whisk.
Add the sugar, honey, flour, oil and yeast.
Mix the ingredients well to form a smooth mixture.
Grease the cake moulds and pour in the mixture.
Bake the madeleines in the oven for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, check the madeleines are cooked by sticking the blade of a knife into one of them (if the blade comes out dry, they are ready).
Turn the cakes out off the moulds and allow to cool before eating. |
