Pre-heat the oven to thermostat 6 (180°C).
Mix the Isio 4 oil and the brown sugar in a bowl.
Gradually add the cinnamon, water, flour and bicarbonate of soda.
Knead well to obtain a firm dough.
Leave the dough to rest in a cool place for around 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut into whatever shapes you want.
Place the speculoos on the greased oven tray.
Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes.
Allow to cool before eating. |
